1. Who we are

Cargavo (“Cargavo”, “we”, “us”) provides a transport management system for freight brokers, available at cargavo.com and app.cargavo.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

The controller of your personal data is PROSPERON SOLUTIONS, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU), registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Registry under number 931 132 351, whose registered office is at Euralille, apartment 1607, 83 avenue Willy Brandt, 59800 Lille, France. 2. Data we collect

Account data — name, email address, company name, locale and password hash when you create an account. Business data — the customers, carriers, rate grids, quotes and shipments your organization stores in the service. Usage data — technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service you subscribed to (contract performance), to secure and improve it (legitimate interest), to send transactional emails such as invitations, quote notifications and billing receipts, and to comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing).

4. Where your data lives

Cargavo runs on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. Each organization’s data is strictly isolated in a multi-tenant architecture with server-side access control. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details never touch our servers.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your organization has an active account. After cancellation, business data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 90 days, except where the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records).

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data. Write to us at contact@cargavo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The marketing site (cargavo.com) sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The application (app.cargavo.com) uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences.
